1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items showing signs of use.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order details and reason for the return.

  3. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely and return it in its original packaging.

Please do not return any product without prior approval.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
