1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Telangana: 2–4 business days

  • Major Cities in India: 3–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers. Such offers are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect address details may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote delivery locations

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, may be borne by the customer.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Crockery House ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
